The content on this site is general information presenting our services and work. Nothing on the site is an offer, commitment or warranty.
The scope, price, timeline and other terms of any service are set only by a written agreement between the parties. Where the site and an agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
03AI examples
The flows shown in the AI console on this site are illustrative examples of how the systems we build behave. They contain no real client data and do not guarantee any particular result.
AI output can be wrong. That's why the systems we build route important decisions through human approval; how each system behaves is designed per project and set out in the agreement.
04Intellectual property
The site's design, source code, text, images and animations, as well as the Callidus name and logo, belong to Callidus and are protected by Turkish copyright and industrial property law. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
Short quotations with attribution that don't change the meaning are exempt.
05Client references and third-party marks
Logos and trademarks shown in the clients section belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to indicate that we have worked with these companies; this does not mean they endorse the site's content or are in partnership with us.
Trademark owners who want their logo or project removed from the site can contact us through the contact form on this site or email to contact@callidus.digital; we will act on reasonable requests promptly.
Project descriptions never disclose clients' confidential information; where confidentiality applies, details are deliberately left out.
06Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of others
- Attempt to bypass the site's security, gain unauthorised access to its systems or disrupt its operation
- Upload malware or send automated requests that overload our servers
- Use the contact form for spam, automated submissions or to impersonate someone else
07The contact form and confidential information
A message you send through the form does not create a contract or any duty of confidentiality between us. We use the ideas you share carefully and only to evaluate your request; however, unless we have a written non-disclosure agreement (NDA), they are not treated as confidential information.
We recommend that you don't include trade secrets in your first message. If needed, we can sign a mutual NDA before our conversation starts.
How personal data you share through the form is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.
08Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always up to date, and we may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. Liability for intent and gross negligence, and rights arising from mandatory law, remain unaffected.

11Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
