The problem
Requests arriving at the workshop were vague: customers could not describe what they wanted, and the workshop could not tell what to make.
Our approach
A description written in the visitor's own words passes through the AI layer and becomes a concrete product suggestion. The workshop now starts every conversation from a clear point.
