One place for everything a coach does: athlete tracking, training programs, measurement history and AI-assisted program suggestions. Ships as a web app plus a mobile app live on the App Store.
The problem
Coaches were running athlete tracking split across notebooks, chat threads and spreadsheets. Measurement history scattered, and building a program started from zero for every single athlete.
Our approach
We built the data model first: athlete, measurement, session and progress in one schema. The AI layer sits on top, reading past measurements to suggest programs while the coach always keeps the final call. Mobile runs on Expo so records can be entered from the gym floor.
Outcome
- Web and mobile share one dataset; a measurement entered at the gym lands in the panel instantly
- AI suggestions never apply without coach approval
- Live on the App Store
